Shipping policy

easi™ ship goods to all member countries of the European Union including Norway. (hereinafter referred to as the EU).

Shipping Prices


All orders with a delivery address in Spain will be charged with a shipping cost of 13€ and will delivered through Correos. Picking up the order for free at our warehouse is also an option.

All orders with a delivery address outside of Spain will be charged with a shipping cost based on their zone. Order will be delivered through Correos.

Zone 1 (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden): 20€
Zone 2 (Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia): 30€

Delivery & Tracking

Spain: 2-4 days
Zone 1 & 2: 5-8 days

Allow up to 48 hours for orders to be processed.
You will receive a tracking number for your order once it is shipped.

Return of Goods
The customer must inform us that they wish to exercise their right of cancellation within 14 days of receiving their order. We must receive the goods in unused condition. The customer is responsible for shipping the order to easi™ industries warehouses address.

Libility
If an order is placed with delivery to a country outside of the EU, we hold the right to reject the order when we become aware of it. In case of a rejection on your order, we will notify you via email.

The order is considered to have been received when the customer has received it at their delivery address or picked it up at a parcel shop.

In the event of any defects of the product please contact us right away and we will find a solution. If we cannot come to an agreement the customer is subject to the Danish Purchase Act, and the customer can submit a complaint to the Danish Center for Complaint Resolution.
